Get connected

Whether you join a small group or gather for classes on Sunday mornings, creating connections and relationships is crucial to life at our congregation.

Wednesday Night Prayer Group – 7 pm

The Wednesday prayer group is a welcoming gathering for anyone seeking to deepen their faith through shared prayer and spiritual reflection. It provides a supportive community where members can share their joys and struggles, knowing they’ll be met with empathy and encouragement. The group’s primary focus is on corporate prayer, lifting up personal intentions and the needs of the wider community.

Thursday Bible Class

Join us for our new fall Bible class, “Peace, Perfect Peace” starting Thursday, September 4th at 10:30am in the conference room. We’ll be led in worship by Brent S. and taught by Andrea E. The grand finale will be on November 20th, featuring K P., who will share a lesson on finding peace from the Psalms. If you are unable to attend in person and need the Zoom option, please contact the church office.

Cafe Grace (indefinitely placed on pause)

A common place and time we meet is Café Grace, our Wednesday night gathering. The highlight of the week for many, Café Grace is an informal, welcoming, and safe place to come eat, visit and learn. Many folks from our surrounding community come for rich fellowship and authentic relationship. Some come to get out of the heat or rain or cold, to fill empty stomachs, or to simply to rest on a couch for an hour and a half.

Bible study breaks out on most nights, and many people choose to participate in those conversations. Other folks sit around circular tables, sharing lives and laughs and tears and brokenness and hope with each other.

Around 6:30pm, several adults, teenagers, and children walk across the street to our neighbors’ apartment complex. For an hour we play, read, draw, converse, and listen to neighbors of all ages and socio-economic status.

A staffed nursery is also available for children up to 3 years old.

Each week, we craft a light and healthy menu for people to eat – whole wheat bread, natural foods, veggies and fruits, etc. (and the occasional homemade cookie!) We consider Café Grace a purposeful and practical opportunity to experience the Kingdom of God in living color.

Café Grace begins around 6:00pm and finishes whenever the last person turns off the lights, usually around 8:30pm.
